Knoey Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support a growing finance team in Phoenix. This role is responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

 

Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience
Contract position with potential for extension or conversion
Weekly pay

Key Responsibilities
Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain vendor records and ensure proper documentation
Assist with month-end close activities and reporting
Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
