Job Summary

Knoey Holdings is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a growing finance team. This role focuses on collections, cash application, and maintaining accurate customer account records.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile discrepancies
• Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment issues
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and collections activity
• Support month-end close related to receivables

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or collections experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $22–$28 per hour (based on experience)
• Contract position with potential for extension or conversion
